Because it only has the Family pack channels, and TNT,USA,TBS and Very Few other top channels, and NO RSN'S,.Really it's lame!? Top 120 is better?? Do tell why is it soooooooo much better!?
Get them to put up a channel list, You'll see.

You get no argument from me! However the question was.....These out of that list are the only ones that are any good.
Local Rsn's aren't dumb, No one said they were, Out of Market RSN's are dumb because of Blackouts. You get no argument from me! However the question was.....
Which of the top channels is it missing that the 120 has!?
Wow the 120 has RSN'S! That shocks me most e* subs seem to say rsn's are stupid. We probably should not count that channel!

I'm not listing all of them, Your all aware on the ones available in your area.Where do you see Regional Sports Networks in this list ?

To get your local RSN, its a package called 120+ its 44.99
In the Top 120 + Package. It includes the RSN' and all the 120 Pack channels. For $44.99So, does DISH have the RSN's in their programming packages, 120 as well ?
I've never really looked into DISH that much, but I would imagine that they have them.
.
The problem is, in order to get the same channels on Dish that are in Choice you have to go to the 200 channel package, and in order to get the same channels that are in Choice plus, you have to go to their 250 channel package (yes I know it has more than Choice plus, but 200 has less than choice plus)In the Top 120 + Package. It includes the RSN' and all the 120 Pack channels. For $44.99
If you want your RSN's with D* you have to either pay $58.99 for the Choice pack or with the Select Pack that the OP has you would have to subscribe to the multisports pack. And that would cost you $52.98.
Thats why I said the 120 pack was Better then Selects lame line up.
So with that in mind thats why I picked the Choice pack For $58.99, But I get $10 off for 1 Year so its only $48.99 Only $4 more the the Top 120, But has more channels. + YES Network to me is worth the price difference.
This is what I feel D* packs are worth.
Family $19.99
Choice Select $29.99
Choice $49.99
Choice Extra $57.99
Choice Ultimate $63.99
Choice Premier $99.99
Just My Opinion.
No problem at all. Just pointing out that the packages don't perfectly match up. If you want a comparable package with another provider to what you have with your current provider, you often have to go up a package with the other provider.TOP 200 $52.99
Choice $58.99
Whats the problem?

I also realize that Dish's packages are less expensive. We all know their packages are less, but a few bucks. Those costs savings are quickly eroded when you start adding equipment though.
We aren't talking about equipment, we are talking about a guy who has the select package for $39.99.No problem at all. Just pointing out that the packages don't perfectly match up. OK did you compair what you get for $39.99 ??This is what the advertisements are talking about, how the two have differing packages to you can't compare them price wise accurately , like DISH is trying to do in thier ads.
Also quite possibly WHY they are set up that way, neither company wants the exact same channels available in the package.
We aren't talking about equipment, we are talking about a guy who has the select package for $39.99.
Even if He has 4 D 12 receivers it doesn't change the packages channel line up.
Top 120 is way better value then Choice select.
4 rooms Choice select $54.99
4 Rooms Top 120 $53.99
Not Talking about 4 Rooms of HD DVR stop going that route every chance you get. Vast majority of D* and E* customers don't have 4 HD DVRs. I don't even Have 4.
