why does it say scrambled

i just installed a 76 cm dish and it is correctly pointed on the 97 west position i am using a sv 360 premiere receiver but i cant get any programming all channels say "no service or scrambled" please reply asap, i'm running out of daylight,,,,thanks,,,,,mike

if you're getting scrambled message on all channels then you arent on 97W

What are some of the channel names? Match them up at thelist. Its possible you're off by a little bit
