Why do techs always use Perfect Vision and PPC EXXL?

The problem with ebay is you only see a savings when you buy stolen merchandise.

I personally hate buying stolen stuff, not only is it wrong its a hassle to buy it on ebay and wait for them joker who stole it to ship it to you.
