Why do I need a technician?

OK, the third times a charm. I did another chat and finally got a CSR to ship the receiver to me.
I couldn't get him to waive the $15 shipping fee though but I'm OK with that.

Glad it got handled, and I am sorry I missed this part when scoping the thread. Things like this can be done as I mentioned before. Anyone here on the forum, don't forget we (IRT-Folk, DIRT, whatever you want to call us) can do things like this easily in most cases! Feel free to use us and save the multiple calls aka CSR-roulette! We have a nifty new tool we would LOVE to show you BTW. Some people on here have already seen this nifty lil joy-joy and prefer it in many cases, especially cases of this nature.
