Why do I keep having issues with sat. 118?

I had a tech came out and realigned the dish about 2 weeks ago, the signal strength went up to 40+ on average. Now it drops back to average 15 again. We had heavy rain today, but that ended hours ago. I don't understand what is wrong with this particular dish or satellite. On all the other satellites, I'm constantly getting 50+ signal strength, or 40+ during bad weather. I'm really getting frustrated with this.

118 is a different type of satellite (FSS) so it has a lower signal strength requiring a larger dish that is why you are getting a lower signal than the other DISH satellites.
PROBLEMS YOU MAY HAVE:
Bolts not tightened on dish allowing it to move.
Mounting foot not correctly anchored to roof/building.
Bad cable connection allowing water ingress.
Bad LNB
Bad switch
