Why DN don't let me upgrade for two 211 receivers ?

Anybody have some logic explanation, why I can't replace two my 811 for two 211 ? Or at least get one 211 and another 622, but no, I can get only one new generation receiver. It is due the shortage or just stupid policy ?
I had no problem get two 811's year ego. Do anybody know, if this policy will change in future ? I hope does, because this nonsense make me mad.

You are limited to 2 tuners max, so one 211 and one 622 is out. Maybe they're counting the two 811's as two different upgrades, in which case you can only have one per year I believe.(Not too sure about that last one, though).

I wouldn't be surprised if Dish lifted the "only 1 per year" 211 upgrade later this year. They seem to have a lot of 211s available.

Yeah be patient we who upgrade as soon as it hits the street, are on the cutting edge and things never work like we want them.

I had the same problem, but I kept calling back until I got an English speaking person. When I got that person, I got the same answer. But I refused to take no for an answer. After finally getting up the supervisor level 2 or 3 levels because I would not take no for an answer, I finally got 2 VIP211. I did have to pay $49.00 upgrade twice. Never take no for an answer!!!!

It is what I wanted!!!
