Why Dish will aquire Voom

1) No announcement from either on ESPNHD. If VOOM is so gung ho to gain subs they would have jumped right on this.

2) No announcement or progress from V on a DVR? again they could steal subs from E* if they had a good HD DVR.

3) No announced plan from E* on new HD (Charlie doesnt know what's going on so discount his ramblings) or plans for their new sats.

4) No idea what E* is doing with their HD DVR's because they need to incorporate the stuff on 61.5.
