Whole Home DVR Fee

Wonder why we have to pay this $4 fee when the two Hoppers can't see each other yet, doesn't that really make it NOT whole home? Ya think they should waive that fee until they fix it , IMO

The whole home fee is applied even if you just have 1 Hopper, no Joeys.

hmm, but I don't need any Joeys, unless I want to loop back my other Hopper

And they say ya can't have one Hopper, cause it isn't a WHOLE system

That's what they say, but it's on the retailer estimate sheet, and a few have reported getting a single-TV Hopper setup.

I know, and hopefully my installer will let me ditch the Joey's,either 1 or both, if not, I at least got a $10 credit for a year that will help..but it felt like pulling teeth to get it.
