Yes, I know Dish buys the data from somewhere else, but you'd think they'd have an interest in making sure that it's correct.

A few weeks ago, there was a period when new episodes of The Curse of Oak Island were being missed because they had the wrong original air date attached. (It wasn't even the right day of the week; I think it was probably the Canadian air date -- I've seen that problem on other channels/programs in the past, like when SciFi was airing Canadian series.)

Then last night, I discovered via an advertisement in the aforementioned show that I'd been missing new episodes of The Unbelievable With Dan Aykroyd for the past month or so. (I had just assumed that either the series had ended, or was taking a holiday break.) The air date for this upcoming Friday's episode was showing as last Friday.
 
the company that provides the guide info for Dish has been messing up on and off for a while, last week my dvr missed a recording for a new episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert cause it listed it as a rerun when it was actually a new episode.
