what is the whole point of having people (CSR) work for you if they have no clue what is going on? Plus why hire people that don't speak english well if they work for an American based company? Maybe Charlie is doing what walmart did...LOL

Unfortunately that is where Dish and Directv gets there CSRs

The last BB Sales Rep that I asked about TVs with QAM tuners said none of the CableCard tv's had QAM tuners in them. I offered to bet him $1,000 that every TV we had been discussing had a QAM tuner but he said "Company Policy Prohibited that".

I wonder what E* pays their CSRs? I know a person who is working their way through college as a Sears CSR. He gets about $9/hr.

I agree they don't usually have a clue but as for "their job to".....well as Customer Service Reps, It IS part of their job to have a few clues about a few things.

"the addition of 7 new VOOM channels, during the first week of January."

What ever happened to "truth in advertising"?
