White springs tv down?

Trying to twist one of these spare primestars over to White Springs and can't get
a signal , anybody else seeing them? I get 12100 and 11780 which must be data but no WSTV.

Edit> Disregard, I found it, Blind scan couldn't get it right now, its so weak, but its there.

Got it here but it's fluctuating badly, 33-55%, no breakups though. I start losing picture at <30 Q on the Visionsat.

It was much stronger earlier this morning.

edit: 60-67% now, that is more typical, although it is not uncommon for me to see it in the 80's with my setup.

got it good now

Put a .90M primestar on it, it was like finding G18ku though, with a stationary dish. Didn't get it until I entered the channel info and then started turning the dish, just as I was about to give up-it popped right in with about 60%quality. It does flip back and forth though at times, 40-53, 40-53%. Weird, but stable picture with the standard old primestar lnbf.
