Found this on WSTV website tonite:
ATTENTION WHITE SPRINGS TELEVISION NETWORK AFFILIATES
If you are using - KU - download (Receivers) please be advised we are CHANGING CHANNELS from 11.964 gHz to 12.027 gHz. All other parameters will not be changing. The signal will remain the same.
Thank you for using the White Springs Television Network. We appologize for any inconviences this change may cause




Somehow, they managed to leave off the DATE of the change lol.

They are also broadcasting this statement on their channel. Noticed it this morning after the movie "The House on Haunted Hill" was over. That was a great movie!

I noticed the quality is a lot lower on the new freq 45 vs 90- here on my offset LNB hope they turn up the juice before swap.
