Hello all!
I am very new to this form but want to do my project right the first time so why not ask some pros.

I live in Darlington Indiana a small town outside Crawfordsville. I am looking to buy a motorized Ku band FTA satellite system. I have ordered a satlink satellite finder already. I now need to order the dish, motor, and receiver that works with the the motor. I am pretty sure that is all I am going to need (besides the cable and mount), please correct me if I need something else

So does anyone know of somewhere on the internet to buy this stuff? And do I need anything else?

Thank you in advanced!

Welcome to Satellite Guys zedo Pomart! :welcome Here is an excellent dish which includes a pll lnb and ships for free.

Just add a motor (I recommend buying a Stab HH90) and you will be set. Since you are just starting out, try mounting your dish on the pole without the motor at first. This will help you get a feel for setting up and making adjustments on your dish and aiming for/locating satellites (Galaxy 19 at 97w is a good start). Once you are comfortable with that then mount the motor. This is a great forum with many good people here ready to help with any questions you may have. Again, welcome! :)

:welcome to Satelliteguys zedo Pomart!!!
FTA4PA has already told you about an excellent dish!!
I concur also about get the dish and mount it without a motor to start with and get a feel for how things work.
You will thank us in the long run. If you jump right into a motor you will be pulling your hair out and going crazy.
The receiver I would recommend currently is the linkbox 9000. You can get one over at www.hypermegasat.com.

Another new member from Indiana welcome to the site glad your on here if you have questions we got answers. I agree with ke4est call up casey at hypermegasat he has good products to buy.

Maybe Hyper would customize a package deal...substituting a LinkBox 9000i in place of the HDVR3500 that comes in his package? Wouldn't hurt to ask. ;)
Looks to be the same dish and lnb.Hyper may include the Installation Kit as well.
Could be a bit cheaper than purchasing the items separately.

Hyper also carries a package with the Manhattan DJ-1997 included for slightly less $. Never had a DJ-1997 so someone else can advise concerning buying that package. It does not come with Coax Cable or Install Kit,btw.
