I went to their web site and there are no American distributors for AZBOX. Yet you all are talking that you have them. Where to get one? And I'd like to make sure it's a genuine one and a new one -- not a return/refurb one -- with warranty. And I'd like the biggest and best there is: Wifi and wired, DVR, big hard drive, etc. Thanks.

Then you better start reading:
There is a wealth of info here, the latest pdf version of the A-Z users guide for the Azbox is 2.4 and near the bottom of the first page.

After that these links will provide you with more info and an idea of what you may need to do and the workarounds people have found. Not all of this is in the a-z guide.

As for the hard drive well you will have to find one on your own.
So you want the biggest one? Well the support is only for one up to 1tb.
Anything larger and you may be asking for more problems.

Why all this reading? Most of the questions have been asked and answered in these posts.
Do not delude yourself into thinking it will be a walk in the park. Everyone has a different way with their set-up and viewing habits. If you have experience in this hobby and know the basics about these receivers then you will have a one up than what others have had. If you decide to get into this hobby with the Azbox and run into problems that have been answered in these posts you may very likely just be referred back to them in the future.

The receivers from the factory do have a corrupt satellite list in them and this needs to be addressed by the end users if one does not want to have problems in the future.

BTW, a simple google search would have provided you with a few dealers who are selling the Azbox in North America.
