Hi, I have a question on mounting and aiming my motorized dish but I can't see what forum to ask it in. Can you tell me?

I have a 33" Fortec Star, and a Digiwave SG-2100.

My first question is how can I find due south (and related to that where can I find the magnetic north error)?
