Where can I find this cable?? DVI to RGB

I need a cable to go from the back of the VOOM box (DVI) to an RGB connection on the back of my tuner box. When I find a cable that I think is close the DVI side is wrong--strange pin configuration.

VOOM STB supports DVI-D interface, which is digital only. It doesn't have RGB component. Only DVI-I does. Sorry...

Thanks for the response. It stinks that my monitor has capability for better resolution but we can't take advantage of it because of connections.

You might be able to find a component-to-RGB converter, but those are rather expensive.
