Im currently a happy customer of Dish Network and recently bought a new HD tv. The Dish guy came out today and tells me that theres a big fat tree in the line of sight of the HD sat, so I cant get it :( Where in the sky are the DirecTV sat(s)? I really like Dish, but if I cant get HD, then Im going to have to change services

20 to 16 degrees to the left and about 8 degrees higher than where Dish points, if you get Dish you will also get D* 110/119 and will need 99(HD)/101(CORE)/103(HD)

Dishes HD is at 129 (or 125) so 8 to 10 Degrees to the Right of your current dish, but they also have a bird at 61 (58 degrees to the left of your current dish) but not sure what their "rules" are for being able to use nor what it has on it.
