where am I?!?

While trying to find Intelsat 9 @ 58w. I ran into ten channels while blind scanning. I'm not sure I'm actually on Intelsat9, I can't seem to locate anything about these channels. They are all listed as 301 to 310 @ 11966v. 11280. Three of the channels are PBS, the other seven have a still screen with "ETV Satellite Services".
Would anyone know what satellite these are on?
Is there a way for me to figure this out on my own?
