wheeling,wv/steubenville,ohio locals, when?

when will directv offer wheeling,wv/steubenville,ohio dma locals either in sd or hd? Both local stations (nbc and cbs we use pittsburgh for everything else) signed agreement with directv 3 years ago now but their still not being offered yet, why?

Have you contacted your local stations? Perhaps the stations are having trouble getting a usable signal to D* which is the station's responsibility.

Send an e-mail to the engineering department of the stations. Chances are you will get an answer.

Check the stations website. There should be an email address list somewhere.

If you can only find a general email, type "Chief Engeneer" in the subject bar and it should get to them.
I've also had good luck calling them .....
