wheeling,wv locals

Will either satellite company offer wheeling,wv locals anytime soon? If not will the new legislation passed by congress allow either satellite company to offer youngstown or pittsburgh locals since wheeling's aren't available yet?

I am trying to see when/if my locals will be available on either satellite service and if not if i would be able to get pittsburgh SV locals instead.

It really doesn't matter for you, does it? I don't see either D* or E* approving you for service. See previous threads on OP.
