Whats wrong with my install?

I had my 921 (replaces a 6000) installed today by DN. They upgraded my lnb's to Dishpro and used a DPP 44 switch. It appeared as if everything was working when they left (about an hour ago) but this was not the case.

The 921 tuner 2 can not lock on to 110 transponders 4,5,6,7,11,13,15,17,31.
All other sats and transponders work fine for both 921 btuners.

I check to make sure that the seperator is connected properly 'input 1 to 1 and input 2 to 2.'

The check switch come out fine seeing all three Sat (110,119.148) and the DPP44 switch.

What could be casuing this?

Do you have any receivers other than the 921? I've seen stories of people having problems using a Separator on the same port as the power inserter. If you have another receiver try running it to port 1 through the power inserter and put the 921 on one of the other ports.

I have a 508 which is on Port 1 so the power inserter is with the 508.

The 508 is also have issues getting a few of the same transponders.

sounds like the switch or LNBF. Check your twin.
