What's required for OTA Guide?

Am I the only one, who is not getting OTA guide information?

215 is downloaded. What else is required?

Does Dish have to provide locals? Not here.

Do the local stations have to broadcast something?

Dish has to provide satellite locals for your market, you have to have the correct satellite to see those locasl (like if they're on a superdish or something) and in the case of the 921 and 942 you actually have to subscribe to those locals
