1 lb (more or less) cubed pork in instant pot w/1 cup water and red sauce made from scratch 45 minutes. Released after 10 minutes added 1 beef frank and 1 hot link, gave 4 minutes hi psi.Added bread to bowl with a little mustard, pretty good! Tea...

Pork and red chile posole with a warm flour tortilla. Water.

Sliced beef sandwich, fries at the Red Chimney… water

Sandwich made with last nights meatloaf, kettle chips on the side and a small salad. Water.

Frito pie. Frito corn chips, ground beef, pinto beans, red chile, minced onion and shredded cheddar cheese. Iced tea.

Green chile / beef roast tacos with sharp cheddar cheese... Water (had lettuce and tomatoes but forgot about, roast cooked till 12:15 in instant pot then shredded on a plate, diced green chiles heated w/ butter in skillet then meat added)

Fresh made goulash made with the last of my tomatoes and a couple jalapenos blended with for a kick, sharp cheddar cheese on top... Water

Bratwurst on a bun with mustard and sauerkraut and a side of Cajun tater tots. Iced tea.

I had to skip breakfast today so I took an early lunch. May I present, The Muffaletta.
