Sounds delish.Hamburger, green chile, diced bell pepper, onion, refried beans in disc, added V8 spicy and cooked down. Inserted into corn tortillas which were inserted into flour tortillas coated with queso, folded and put in air fryer for 3 minutes at 390… added lettuce and sharp cheddar cheese.

I've eaten my share of tamales but I never made them. I hear it's pretty labor intensive. Maybe when I retire. I do have a good size steamer pot and access to all the ingredients so all I need now is time.I have, pretty good, still have plenty of filling, going to run out of masa again (5 lbs). Ended up with 6 hot dog / bacon tamales, in pot now.
