What's For Lunch?

I have no idea of the science behind it or even if there is any but some food does seem to have more intense flavour a day or two later. Maybe in the case of pasta, the meat flavours over time penetrate the noodles more thoroughly.

Scotch Eggs. Hard boiled eggs rolled in flour and wrapped in sausage.Dipped in beaten eggs and rolled in bread crumbs.Baked at 350 for 45 minutes.(Deep fried in 375 oil for about 5 minutes also is good.)

lunch!

I discovered argula about 3 years ago - can't get enough of the stuff when I can get it - my favorite lunch is
slice french bread - grill with a little olive oil when browned spread a small amount of mayo (real mayo) put a layer of argula and top with sliced tomatoes (YUM)!

The group from the office decided to go to Sho Gun today. It's a pretty-good Japanese place, one of those where they cook the food in front of you.

I ate two metric tons of fried rice and was useless the rest of the day. :D
