Was shooting for bacon, sausage & eggs when the first egg yolk busted so... topped eggs with cheese before flipping, cooked a little harder, warmed and buttered 2 - 6" tortillas, cut sausage in half, same with bacon... Flour tortilla tacos. Milk

Corned beef hash is one of my favorites. I mince up some onions and cook until translucent, cook the corned beef until crispy and plate the CB on top of the onions. Yumm...
