I was in Texas a couple weeks ago, (Central) sunset was after 8:30 ... crazy. Corned Beef Hash maybe tomorrow.

Looked for corned beef hash for 10 minutes, didn't want to raid the camper (I'll forget to replenish) so ... Sausage, Bacon & 2 Eggs over easy with milk.
