Whats for breakfast?

Two free-range chicken eggs seared in coconut oil, one-cup whole grain brown rice, protein shake, one Delicious (and it was) apple, and two cups of black coffee which is great or my T...T-Level that is. :) Also, a piece of beer jerky and handful of raw, unsalted, nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews) and pumpkins seeds.
