Diced bacon, sausage, gold potato, 2 teaspoons ground hot hatch green chile scrambled with 2 eggs and a little sharp cheddar cheese... OJ, perfect heat.

Over easy eggs, hash browns, corned beef hash and a biscuit with gravy. Coffee and my Kindle.

Eggs over easy, homemade beef sausage link, sous vide bacon strip seared, chicken fried roast steak finger (tenderized)... OJ

Ham, egg, papitas, pinto beans, green chile and cheddar burrito. Coffee.

Egg salad on toasted sourdough with a mixed fruit cop. Coffee.
