Whats for breakfast?

First freeze of Autumn. It was only 28 degrees at my house when I got up this morning. It may be cold outside but I had some medium-hot red chile sauce so I decided to make Carne Adovada inside. My kitchen smells wonderful.

Carne Adovada, hash-brown potato, egg, cheddar cheese burrito. Coffee.

Chicken fried steak NM style. A steak as big as your head on top of hash brown potatoes, eggs, pinto beans and smothered in green chile sauce and gooey cheese. Coffee.

Leftover mashed potatoes combined with diced green chile & sharp cheddar cheese cooked underneath bacon and sausage in air fryer. Combined same with diced ham and a tablespon or so of spanish rice in the disc and scrambled 2 eggs with. Tasty... OJ
