I believe this is making reference to the W bracket used on the original Dish1000 (not 1k.2, 1k.4 or 1k+). That setup consisted of using the DPPTwin from late Dish500's and a DP single/dual plugged into its input port to achieve 3 sats, once the 1k.2 models came out they became obsolete. AFAIK, not many were installed/made since that was early days for sat 129 service. Check the image below. The W bracket is pretty much a Y bracket from a Dish500, just that instead of 2 slots for LNB's there's 3.
Are you having trouble peaking the dish or are you looking for a compatible LNBF? If you already have a 1k.2 WA Dish/LNB (guessing that's the case because you quoted something for 119), covering the 2 outside eyes with aluminum foil and then peaking the center one to 119 will make your life a lot easier, as long as skew is correct.
PS: If anybody knows where to get that type of bracket I would like to know as well
