How much would I pay?
I have a 722 ... that's it.
I pay $6 a month for the DVR. I have 2 other TVs that I use the TV2 on ... one SD and the other HD.
To go Hopper, it would be $4 to $5 increase. Lets say $5 ... that is $60 more per year just for the Hopper.
For the extra tuner and PTA, I could probably "sell" that to the wife.
IF ... the first Joey was included ... I think I am golden and the wife would buy into it.
If I have to pay say $7 for the Joey. I am now paying per year (rounding) $80 just for the Joey.
So ... to get HD on my 2nd HD TV, I am looking at $80 + $60 = $140 more per year.
So ... you have to pay $80 per year ... for the privilege of watching HD? And then to add to the poison ... that is PER HD TV!
At these prices I will stick to my 722.
If the first Joey is in ... I'm in.
