what type of dish is this?

this is in an old hospital in richmond indiana nice c band unit at the 8:28 minute mark.

Old fiberglass that's fell over, looks to me. Never saw one quite shaped like it though.

I think the shape looks distorted because of the camera stretching the edges - if you watch a few seconds before the 8:28 mark you'll see the warping effect.
