What to do with old dish/LNB

I just had a DirecTV HDTV upgrade and the installer left me with the previous "Phase III" dish that had only been installed late last November.

Is there any value for this dish anywhere, or does it just need to find its way to the garbage?

Its great for serving lots of salsa You could try selling it on craigslist or ebay, shipping it would be a pain probably though.

I tried selling my phase III lnb on e-bay with a 99 cent starting price awhile back. Absolutely no luck or interest.
So I sent the whole pkg. to the landfill.....

I knew I'd get the birdbath and salad bowl recommendations

I expected there was not a lot of 'residual value" here unless the LNBs are problematic for folks.... off to the dumpster it goes....

Do you have use for it anywhere else, like a RV camper or tailgate situation ?

After trying to give mine away at work with no takers I put it out for the recycle truck. They took it. Figured that was better than just letting it sit around in the attic with the one or two obsolete receivers I'm already "saving".
