What packages New HD will be in ?

I just got a letter from Dish saying what new Channels will be added in Spring 2009.(Nickelodeon,Comedy Central,MTV,CMT,Spike,VH1 and BET)Now the waiting game ,it could be anywhere from March to June to add these channels.
My Question is does anyone have any idea of what packages these new HD channels will be included in(I am speaking of Which Turbo HD packages)I have Turbo Silver and I hope not to have to upgrade to Gold to get these channels ,but knowing how Dish is I wouldnt be surprised.
Also very disapointed in no FX HD.

That would be logical but it didn't work that way for the recent Fox additions for the Turbo people. Everyone is hoping that was a mistake but who knows.

Almost a month, still have Fox News HD on my Turbo Silver, and just yesterday I got switched to an EA dish so I could get my HD locals, and they had to do a re-authorization to get the locals to come in, still didn't change anything.
