Just a little gripe here. When I was with D* their top pkg was $10 more than E* but I got the B10 channel and RSNs with it. DISH's ad says that all subs in Big 10 States get B10 in upper pkgs but they failed to state that Philly RSN subs in PA were excluded, so I ended up having to pay for the Sports pkg to watch my Boilermakers get beat every weekend. It's worth it during football season for the NFL Red Zone channel though.

Smart Pack + Heartland. However I believe al a carte is the wave of the future as hulu, vudu, etc, become more ubiquitous. Pay satellite and cable will be dinosaurs kinda like land line phones are now.
