What is the minimum subscription for Dish to maintain DVR'ed shows

I am currently with Dish and have been since maybe 1999. I have two owned 722s and two owned 612s and several external hard drives with stored programs that I hope to watch someday. I was thinking of switching to DTV but would like to maintain access to my recorded shows. I believe I need to maintain a current dish account to view dvr and external drive shows. If that is the case, I was thinking of reducing my Dish account to a single 722 and a minimum programming package. Is the Welcome Package (at $14.95 plus $6 dvr fee?) the lowest I can go or is it possible to subscribe to something like a single superstation cheaper?

Thanks

You can view what's on your receivers HD's without a subscription, but not the EHD's. Perhaps you could transfer some of you EHD programs back to your four receivers. Welcome Pack is the lowest you can go.

You can't subscribe to superstations without a core package. I would say the Welcome Package is the lowest cost package to have and keep access to your EHD recordings.

The Welcome Pack with the DVR fee will be the lowest programming package available.

Thanks everyone, this has been most helpful. I believe I have the answers I need. I think I will be getting the Welcome Pack until I can get my programs down to fit on single unsubscribed 722. Sacrifices will have to be made. There are some shows I need to watch (like the last four episodes of Battlestar Galactica) and shows I can live without (like the last 42 episodes of Criminal Minds).

Thanks again all
