What is Power Vu,Viaccess,NDS 4,Nagravision 1/2 Irdeto 1-6?

I noticed these are in RED on "The List". Can my fta receiver (LEAGALY) pick these up? Also what does STRONG TRANSPONDER mean?

those channels are scrambled. The box can log the channels but not show them

Strong transponder is for aiming a dish. Its easier to lock onto a strong transponder first then fine tune on another TP
