are we talking the Phase III or the International Dish?

He could also mean the Ka AT-9 dish...

International dish is very useable for FTA. Phase III (20 inch with three LNB 'eyes') is useless.

AT-9, as far as I know, is also useless at this time (maybe someone knows otherwise?)

AT9 is useless too because the LNB's on it are KA, not KU

The dish has a great mounting/skew bracket and could be retrofitted with a linear LNBF with a little mechanical adaptation on the LNBF arm. Should yield acceptable reception of most FSS FTA after retrofit.
