What happened to KYNE-TV in Omaha?

I thought the station had their digital signal with 200 kW ERP from the tower which established in 2003 and located at the University of Nebraska Omaha, but it got dismantled in 2017, and moved to its different tower owned by Hearst Properties, Inc. (ASR #: 1242828) with KETV. It feels so different while watching the Mannheim Steamroller 30/40 Live on NET/PBS 2 weeks ago.

Here my the signal strengths while I'm 4.1 km away from the tower and aimed with my antenna.
KYNE-TV (UHF 17 / 21.5 kW ERP): 54%
KETV (UHF 20 / 700 kW ERP): 86%

How does KYNE even cover all of Omaha proper with only a 21.5 kW signal? That's only 6.5 kW more than the maximum power of an LP (15 kW), right?

Easily. The 200 kW signal was on a very short tower. From a significantly taller tower, far less power is needed to cover the same ground.

Between 4/13 to 6/21 or not, KYNE will upgrade to 36.1 kW, as well as other frequency changes for KXVO, KPTM, and KMTV. Nothing to say about KOHA-LD, and I couldn't receive it, but still on the same tower with KETV and KYNE?
