What happened to DISCHD PQ?

I religiously watched the Treasures of the Trust (beautiful old manor houses in England) and now the new National Trust Gardens--but something has happened to the PQ! I can recall all the episodes I watched before were stunning--with relatively intricate detail of the manor-house paintings, architecture, garden flowers, etc.

WHAT HAPPENED????

I watched the first episode of the National Trust Gardens and it was as if I was looking through a foggy mirror (comparatively)! I was not stunned by the detail in any way, shape or form.

I AM DISAPPOINTED, DISH!

I have not been following the forum as to HD PQ lately, but had to jump in with this observation--VERY SAD.

A couple of weeks ago or maybe three, Dish Network shuffled around some HD channels at 110 and they lowered the bit rate on some of the HD channels. The picture quality sucks but Scott said it's gonna be temporary.

or as in "SOON". We know what soon means at Dish Network.

What scares me is my idea of temporary is completely different than E*'s. Hope's Scott's ideal of temp is closer to mine.

I cant remember if NatGeo was one of the channels, but it hasnt looked as good lately either.
