What ever happened to HGTV ? Wasn't it supposed to be added about the same time or shortly after SCIFI channel.

IANAL, but I don't think "quiet period" means you're required to roll over and play dead. You're allowed to go on with your business plan. What you can't do is announce FUTURE pie in the sky plans in an effort to boost stock values.
