What does DISH charge

I am assuming the wires are under the house as the wire hooked up to all of the TVs come up through the floor. To me that means they are under the house but I am obviously no expert here.

But they come out from under the house somewhere and that is where they will connect in a visible area. It could actually be at the dish....
