Can I get CE with an HR21? What do I do to get DOD with a HR21?

don't think you can. think the hr21 is still too new for CE and DOD.

There is supposedl to be a CE coming this Friday/Saturday. It didn't get posted at Satelliteguys, but is on DBSTalk.Com (you need to be registered to see it and there are no details yet). I don't know if it will have DOD but doubt it.
