So what did I hit??

12 foot solid dish with two ku LNBs. Only one working
I think somewhre between 93W - 105W?????
Oh ya nothing FTA all scram

Your skew may be off, perhaps by 45 degrees, so you are picking up the transponders at equal power regardless of orientation.. either that, or you have a single polarity LNB, so the voltage switch wouldnt make any change

This is on a 12 foot dish, so you probably have two Ku band LNBs, one for vertical, one for Horizontal (unless you retrofitted an LNBF in there), in which case, the switching mechanisim between them (either a 12V voltage switch, 22khz switch, or DiSEqC) is not tripping. The big reason I can think for that is because blindscan does not do that, it only does a 13/18v switch. I would change the LNB type to a single polarity, or scan only on the currently selected polarity.
 
There is two LNB on this dish. I don't know the type tho. I did not get signal off the other LNB BUT it could be cabling. I am only helping out on this because of where I work and contracts and all.
