I called and asked why there was a $10 charge for HD on my account. He said it was for HD programming, to which I replied that I signed up for the free HD for life promotion with auto bill pay (which I have maintained). He put me on hold and then said he would credit my account $10 for next month's bill, and placed me back on the free HD promo.
So I'm still on the Entertainment package with free HD. Hopefully this guy knows what he's doing/saying so I don't have to call back a third time about this.
