Hello everyone,
I have been lurking for about 2-3 weeks now and just registered. Lots of great info on here for sure! Thanks to al of those that participate!
Anyways I have a portable DishNetwoork sat dish that Im taking with me on my travels with my new travel trailer. The portable sat dish is made of black iron pipe with the dish attached to the top of the setup.
I tried aligning the dish with my Acutrac Pro22 meter and had nothing in the line of sight but it is cloudy outside here. I could only get the 119 sat signal to go up to about 30 on the Acutrac. I did this in the middle of the road so there was no way to hook it to a reciever to see if that was a good enough signal.
So my question for all the pros out there is: Is a 30 peak on the acutrac a good enough signal to have for the dish to work?
I know I may not be using the correct teminology but hope that it is good enough to understand!LOL
Thanks for your help in advance.
