didn't get one either, don't understand why some got a PPV cert & others didn't, I pay my bills just like the others.

I threw it away without looking.... Figured it was just more of the $50 referral cards. I'm not losing sleep over it.

Got mine yesterday. While I appreciate Joe Clayton taking the time to produce a semi-detailed explanation of the $5 increase for AT200, an almost 4 times my 1.5% COLA for 2014 increase will be difficult to sustain over the long term.
