HD Essentials does not count as a premium for the $10. Not sure about Playboy.

It is supposed to, but I haven't convinced the rest of my family that I need AT250, so I can't say so for sure.

I am not exactly sure what you are trying to accomplish, so I will give you our billing breakdown and see if that helps:

Addl Receiver Access Fee $5.00
Dish Network DVR ServiceFee $5.98
DishDVR Advantage, You saved $5.98 $49.99
DishHD with 1 Premium Package $30.00

Total Bill $90.97

We have AT200, HD Ultimate, HBO, the Penny Cinemax Deal. Our receivers are a 722 and a 625 (the second receiver is the reason for the DVR Service Fee and Additional Receiver Fee).
