WFLD via AAD echo noise

Im watching the Simpsons on WFLD from AAD and am getting a echoing noise in the sound. Anyone else expieriencing this?

holy crap, thats worse than an echo! It's like skipping, low bandwidth.

I wonder if its the station itself or the feed through AAD. Could someone who gets WFLD through Dish chime in if the sound is skipping?
